Our client is one of Houston leading Commercial GCs and boast a project portfolio that includes clients within the Healthcare, Corporate Office, Retail, Restaurant/Hospitality and Education sectors.

Responsibilities:
Stationed onsite
Collect Submittals from Subcontractors
Prepare submittal register
Review submittals and RFIs. Process and send to architect. Review after return from architect. Distribute to appropriate subcontractors. Prepare submittal and RFI log information for OAC meetings.
Update drawings with all changes electronically (RFIs, submittals, RFPs, addenda, etc.)/Link drawings using BlueBeam.
Collect Closeout Documents
Prepare Closeout Manual
Schedule owner training
Assist in collecting pricing from subcontractors as needed
Schedule various project meetings (e.g. preconstruction meetings)
Expectations:
1+ year of experience working for a commercial general contractor
Bachelors Degree in Construction/Engineering or related field
