Our Client is embarking on a digital transformation. Seeking an ERP PM, who with the CIO will provide direction to the global Enterprise Applications and align to the company's strategic goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Manage day-to-day operations and maintain detailed understanding of key activities, issues, and risks.
Monitor and report program-wide status, including financials.
Organize project teams and allocate resources based on work-stream phase, prioritization, and activity.
Approve project-wide communications to internal and external key program stakeholders.
Monitor design decisions and escalate when related to Oracle Cloud functionality and configuration
Escalate major and unresolved issues (items with material impact to solution quality, delivery timeline, scope, budget, or resources) to the Project leadership Team and Steering Committee.
Work with the vendor Functional Leads to validate the business scenarios to be used in the CRPs meet future business processes.
Review and approve the project phase business documents such as: the Requirements Analyses, Design Documents, Map & Gap Analyses and Testing Documents.
Work with the vendor Functional Leads to validate the business test cases used for the SIT and UAT cover all the future business processes.
Help resolve issues and risks with respect to Functional Track Milestones and Tasks.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with responsibility for project portfolio in a large organization (people, process, tools, tech) and has lead deployment, implementation, and migration of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP and enterprise application transformation projects.
Deep knowledge of ERP and cloud technologies like Oracle, SAP or Dynamics.
Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
