We are working with a client (in the construction industry) located in the Pottstown, PA area who is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. Our client offers a competitive salary, based on experience, but could range between $24 - $29/hour. They also offer medical, dental, life insurance....tuition reimbursement...and a generous PTO package.
Responsibilities
Work with Project Managers to provide them with administrative support
Handle invoicing and payment schedules
Review contracts and track submittals
Process PO's
Prepare estimating sheets, provide customer support
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience as a Project Coordinator in a construction, engineering or architecture industry (or similar industry)
