BE&K Building Group is seeking Administrative Assistant that is organized energetic individual to assistant our operations team . Multi-tasking, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities include:
o Greet and assist guests
o Manage Conference Room schedules
o Meeting planning
o Co-ordinate IT needs for current and new hires
o Onboarding orientation of new hires
o Manage shipping
o Manage copier equipment & supplies
o Copier liaison for jobsites
o Manage & control office & kitchen supplies
o Liaison with building property management
o Handle travel as needed
o Prepare expense reports
o Additional duties as assigned
o Open and close the office
o Participate in Social and Giving Back Committees
Qualifications
Minimum of three years prior office management experience (ideally within the construction industry)
