Product Manager, B2B Manufacturing (Hybrid-Central or Eastern Time Zone)
Korn Ferry is recruiting for a well-established manufacturer of rubber products sold to a well-diversified market via distribution. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take over a $25M product portfolio and position it for growth. You will work across the enterprise to include Sales, Marketing, R&D and Engineering and have Customer Interaction to establish market needs and formal Go-to-Market Strategic Plans.
Requirements for Success Include:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years in B2B Manufacturing
Experience establishing pricing based on costs and margins
Background developing GTM Strategy Plans to support commercial teams (sales and marketing) to include customer segmentation, competitor analysis, market intelligence, product promotions, etc.
Inventory management
History of idea generation and growing product revenues
Comfortable development formal presentations and delivering the content to customers and internal stakeholders
