Responsibilities:
Serve as the IT Product Owner, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact, and ensuring the development team understands the scope and vision of the product.
Guide products from conception to final implementation, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define clear objectives and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
Lead the technical analysis of business requirements and oversee the collection of detailed technical requirements to effectively develop project scopes and set priorities.
Provide regular updates on project activities, progress against timelines, and budget adherence through well-structured communication plans and reports.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders including external user requests for system enhancements or modifications and users to foster clear communication and ensure alignment with business goals.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Evaluate and deploy effective project management tools and methodologies to enhance product development processes.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative product management practices and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years in IT Project Management or Product Management.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of software development processes.
Proven ability in leading product teams and managing a product lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to a diverse audience.
Proven track record of managing technical projects, with a preference for Agile methodologies including directing remote teams; technical partners; and other stakeholders.
Strong experience with Azure cloud services administration.
Familiarity with relational databases and basic programming concepts.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to technical challenges.
