Seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Program Management to join our client's leadership team. This pivotal role will oversee and drive the successful execution of aerospace programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
~ Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex aerospace programs from inception through completion.
~ Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
~ Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
~ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
~ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
~ Prepare and present program status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
~ Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, business administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
~ Proven experience (10+ years) in program management within the aerospace industry.
