Crispin is seeking a Director, Creator & Social to join our innovative advertising agency. The Director is responsible for serving as a creator team and client leader, overseeing campaign strategy and execution and actively participating in new business. The Director will also serve as an industry thought leader and contribute to team development.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall success of the client/brand
Works with the Sr. Director and Head of Practice on portfolio integration
Assist in new business efforts
Ensure best in class standards are met and applied to client work?
Provide POVs on relevant trends and topics to help establish industry recognition for Crispin
Oversee influencer plan development ?
Manage client's budget and ensure team stays within spending parameters?
Approve monthly client invoices? as needed
Identify potential incremental opportunities and pitch to clients
Owns and manages internal initiatives as needed
Oversee campaign execution and serve as escalation point?
Review influencer reporting?
Draft scopes, SOWs and change orders?
Ensure all deliverables and communications are client ready and appropriate?
Leads IAT communications and needs?
Approves contract templates
Provide guidance to junior staff
Establishes rapport with key clients (viewed as trusted and valued partner)
Ability to make informed decisions and sell in new ideas to clients with little to no oversight
Management of influencers across multiple brands and/or initiatives, as needed
Qualifications
Candidate can be based in NYC or Houston and able to work in office at least 3 days per week
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading accounts and teams as well as strong client relationship skills
Comfortable leading meetings and/or pitching new business
Demonstrated understanding of and adherence to the influencer management process
Proven track record of clear and effective communication, both internally within the team and externally with influencers
Possess a solid understanding of all influencer tools and platforms, utilizing them effectively to enhance campaign outcomes
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
