Requirements
  • 10 years experience in a leadership position in the property management field overseeing residential and commercial portfolios
  • Proven success leading financial operations including including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management and tenant/landlord practices, local real estate laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Good command of leasing and marketing practices and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and act on issues and/or problems, reach sound conclusions and take appropriate action.

Plusses
  • Valid WI Real Estate Broker's license, in good standing, or willing to obtain it
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management software Rent Manager

Description

Insight Global's client is seeking a Vice President for a direct hire opportunity in Madison, WI. Our client is a leading real estate management and community development organization. The Vice President will oversee the operational and financial performance of the company and provide strategic leadership in the execution of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manage all residential and commercial property operations, overseeing leasing strategies, maintenance programs, and capital improvement initiatives to ensure optimal performance and tenant and owner satisfaction.
  • Supervise homeowner and condo association operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and efficient administration of community engagement.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the company and residential and commercial properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors and other key stakeholders, servicing as the primary point of contact for property-related inquiries and issues.
  • Staying abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization and across all managed properties.
  • Collaborating and mentoring team members to achieve company objectives.

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + bonus opportunity
