Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Process Specialist to coordinate and overseeing the daily activities of the manufacturing ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met within established delivery times.

PV Hardware (PVH) is a leading provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market. Our product portfolio includes trackers, fixed structures, and SCADA systems, designed to optimize the performance and reliability of solar energy projects worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Incoming and outgoing control of raw material and finished product ensuring properly identification and process execution.
  • Manufacturing order execution for the manufacturing team supervising that process are made correctly.
  • Resolution of incidents in the shortest possible time to avoid missing delivery deadlines.
  • Inventory and stock control.
  • Production control ensuring targets are achieved on schedule.
  • initiative for continuous improvement in production processes, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.
  • Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Help in providing trainings and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team.
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as required by the role.

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, or related field is Preferred.

Experience:
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment is preferred.

Language: Must be fluent in English. Conversational Spanish is nice to have.

  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
