Working in a team environment, this position focuses on the support of our vendor-hosted website and electronic customer correspondence systems.  Functions will include website management, reporting and analytics, system review and monitoring, maintenance and special projects.  This role will work very closely between our Marketing department, our website development vendor and hosting vendor to provide a customer centric web design that meets the needs and expectations of our customers. Strong relationship, problem solving and customer centered skills are crucial for this position as you will be required to work with several critical vendors and other internal departments including IS Security, System Operations Support groups, Call Center groups, Compliance and Infrastructure. 

Responsibilities


  • Provide leadership and direction for the advancement of the website and manage the ongoing maintenance and quality control of the website

  • Interact with critical vendors and provide support for vendor management review; maintain schedule of critical updates and contract renewals

  • Act as primary point of contact for website hosting vendor, including coordinating meetings and understanding of support needs relating to maintenance, tickets, outages, etc.

  • Support new releases and coordinate testing

  • Support SEO strategy as it pertains to site health and optimization

  • Audit website, analyze site reports and heat maps

  • Support special projects through research, testing and collaboration with other departments

  • Map and maintain customer Journeys for navigating the website

  • Provide assistance and support for email marketing campaigns

Requirements


  • Experience with web content management systems

  • Web development experience including working with website hosting services, SSL Certificates and XML Sitemaps is a plus

  • Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, and positive proactive and friendly interpersonal skills are required

  • Thrives in a team environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers

  • Experience utilizing an Email Service Provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) developing email campaigns and journeys

  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) is a plus

  • Strong working knowledge of security fundamentals
