Job Description:

Our client, a newly established investment firm committed to delivering exceptional financial solutions and investment services. As they embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking an Executive Assistant | Office Manager to support their Founder and COO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping to build and shape the foundation of our company.

We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and self-driven individual who can hit the ground running to provide comprehensive assistance across various functions. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a "can do" attitude, ready to take on any challenge to ensure the smooth operations of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage investor relations, ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate office setup, including ordering furniture and managing logistics for a seamless work environment.
  • Proactively handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative tasks for the Founder and COO.
  • Conduct research on relevant topics to support decision-making processes.
  • Assume a Chief of Staff-like leadership role, taking charge when necessary and actively contributing to the success of the team.
  • Embrace an all-hands-on-deck approach, being willing to assist with any task, regardless of level or complexity.
  • Foster a "learn-it-all" mentality, always seeking knowledge and being intellectually curious.
  • Exhibit humility and a willingness to perform tasks at all levels, from high-level strategic planning to basic administrative duties.
  • Act as a supportive team player, contributing to the positive and collaborative culture of the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a proactive problem solver with a "can do" attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities and contribute to various aspects of the business.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a passion for learning, and a proactive approach to professional development.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) to showcase intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

  • Previous experience in private equity or the investment services industry, as well as legal
