Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee distribution networks, including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and logistics partners
Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team across multiple locations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
5+ years of business development or distribution/retail management experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of business development, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations
