Job Description:

GENERAL MANAGER

We are a midsize law firm specializing in Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation. We are looking for a General Manger to handle day-to-day operations, oversee leadership team, collaborate with owners to project revenue and optimize technology for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee day to day operations to ensure production efficiency and quality services.

- Maintain relationships with vendors.

- Manage leadership team and develop a professional culture that focuses on client service and professional growth of employees.

- Facilitate interactions between staff and attorneys.

- Enforce all policies, procedures and standards.

- Understand staffing needs and make recommendations based on projections.

- Work with owners to develop strategies and structure to maximize efficiency and revenue.

- Assist in projections for growth and revenue and understand budget concerns.

- Optimize technology.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong decision-making ability.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to develop and understand financial plans.

- Ability to lead staff and hold them accountable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.

- Working knowledge of human-resources processes.

- Experience working with Salesforce.
