A footwear company in Beaverton Or is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to two Vice Presidents and five to six Senior Directors during the temporary absences of their current Senior Administrative Assistants. The role involves managing a broad spectrum of administrative tasks on a daily basis. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, meticulous calendar management, seamless travel coordination, efficient contract procurement, and precise scheduling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to multitask effectively, exhibit a proactive approach, and pay acute attention to detail. The ability to work harmoniously with diverse personalities, anticipate needs, and promptly execute tasks are required is essential for success in this role. This role will be onsite in Beaverton Monday through Thursday and can work remotely on Fridays.
