Our client, a tech startup is looking for a Part Time ongoing temp Office Associate in their Austin office for three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The pay for this role will be between $20-22/hr.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact and support for on-site employees
Maintain inventory and restock snacks and beverages
Monitor and replenish bathroom supplies
Organize and clean out the fridge on a weekly basis
Wipe down counters and run dishwasher as needed
Receive and distribute packages
Coordinate in-office lunch program logistics, including order placement and cleanup.
Welcome visitors and manage sign-ins
Ensure conference rooms are well-maintained after use
Escalate maintenance issues in a timely fashion
Serve as the point of contact for vendors and technicians
Communicate office updates effectively via Slack
Troubleshoot tech issues as they arise
Support occasional large in-office meetings
Potential Projects:
Organize and inventory swag items
Assist in organizing storage spaces
Contribute to surprise and delight initiatives (e.g., afternoon ice cream delivery)
Misc other projects as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Facilities and Hospitality experience preferred.
