PTS is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Industrial Manufacturing. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organization, and directing of work for multiple projects. Additionally, the Project Manager will maintain coordination throughout the project lifecycle and review work to ensure adherence to company standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with experience driving several large manufacturing/fabrication projects at a time.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and document the PMO Office project scope and objectives.
Define and manage key external and internal stakeholder expectations.
Oversee and ensure project budgets are aligned based on project scope.
Maintain and ensure adherence to each PMO Office project budgetary allocation.
Work with Executive leadership and key Stakeholders to ensure project ideation and planning is understood and supported at the Business level.
Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Budget allocation, management, and adherence.
PMO Office Quality adherence.
Estimate resource requirements and acquire effectively.
Manage the PMO team's day to day operations.
Evaluation of project performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Preferred)
PMP Certification
Lean Six Sigma preferred
5+ years of project management experience
Expert knowledge of PMP methodologies
Knowledge of pumps, skids, and electrical experience desired
