CSA is seeking a Simulation Media Support Lead to support our Army client at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

• Supervises/manages the Media Team and the design, planning, production, execution, and presentation of multimedia products to support training and exercise operations.
• Responsible for video camera operations, pre-production design and preparation, post-production development, and delivery of video and other multimedia products to support JMSC-IP multimedia requirements, exercise/event storylines and master scenario event list requirements.
• Collects and develops materials to support After Action Reviews.

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must posses and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or high school diploma and 5 years of Multimedia experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in current multimedia hardware and software capabilities, video and photo capture, audio recording, graphic design, animation, and post-production editing.
• Required Experience: 4+ years of related work experience; military experience preferred but not required.
• Required Technical Skills: Shoot and edit video and stills; create interactive training products, design graphics, maps; news/press release writing.

Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey (Jersey City), New York or Washington:The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
