Responsibilities: • This position will be a part of the Payment and Risk Operations team and will be responsible for reviewing identification, business, and bank documents to update log-in credentials for company customers.
Requirements: • Has 0-2 years of fraud and risk investigation operations experience preferably in ecommerce, payments or financial services • Possesses data analysis and natural investigative skills • Has the ability and comfortability to communicate clearly, and effectively with customers • Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills • Has a working knowledge of Excel to create spreadsheets • Excellent problem solving skills
