Red Lion Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineering Supervisor. This role will oversee and manage a group of talented and engaging engineers. The Test Engineering Supervisor will report into the Engineering Manager of Shared Services, and work closely with production leadership on driving engineering activities including design, validation, sustainment, and internal documentation of test equipment and processes.

Essential Job Functions
Oversees a team of engineers who design, document, and develop processes for complex automated tests
Develop and oversee the execution of roadmaps for NPI and sustaining projects
Be escalation point for production cell leadership
Administer continuous improvement efforts
Drive development and team engagement

Minimum Required Education and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Science or Technology related discipline. Electrical Engineering Preferred
1 - 3 years of professional experience working as an Engineer in a manufacturing environment
Previous supervisory experience
Previous project management experience
Proven ability to trouble shoot and problem-solve difficult test issues
Proven ability to communicate with all levels throughout the organization
