Insight Global is assisting a specialty glass manufacturer in their search for a customer service representative to sit on-site for a 6-8 month contract that will have the possibility of converting permanently. The ideal candidate has an engaging and go-getter attitude that is comfortable with working independently.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 2 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
