Our client, a national law firm, is seeking highly detail-oriented and process-oriented professionals for a contracted team assignment. This team will play a crucial part in the firm's upcoming office move by digitizing all of their HR files. A strong eye for detail is a must!
About You:
1+ year of professional office experience in a detail-driven role (internships count!).
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Process-oriented mindset to handle large volumes of documents.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment and software.
The Job:
Scan and upload all HR files into the firm's digital system.
Organize and maintain the digital filing system with high accuracy.
Ensure all files are digitized systematically and efficiently.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Work independently to meet project deadlines.
These temporary positions are projected to last at least 3 months and will work onsite at the firm's Philadelphia location. This position pays up to $19/hour.
