Our client who is a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services is currently seeking an onsite Order Processing Rep.
Contract: 1 year contract with potential for conversion
Pay: $23.33 an hour (Will convert to $20 an hour once offered Full-time)
Location: Glendale CA
Responsibilities:
Assist internal and external customers as well as vendors with order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
Explain and demonstrate WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes, methodologies, delivery options, and jurisdictional requirements to customers, team members, and vendors.
Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings across all jurisdictional levels.
Make informed and timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements.
Recommend improvements for customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings, and financial results.
Challenge existing procedures and processes to enhance service delivery, making recommendations for efficiency improvements and increasing customer and employee satisfaction.
Provide training to customers, team members, and vendors on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases using a consultative approach.
