Job Description:

Qualifications

The HR Business & Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance and administration of the Human Resources module of the Infor ERP system and implementing new processes. Additionally, this position is responsible for data entry, auditing, and maintenance to support the department's metrics dashboard. This incumbent will support the HR department in process documentation, planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all systems in the Human Resources department.

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in business or related field or comparable HRIS experience

Experience

Required: 2+ years of experience in an area of Human Resources

1+ years of HRIS and or complex reporting experience

Duties

Support the maintenance of all Infor HRIS core components and historical employee data.

Assist with project implementations and running audits to maintain data integrity.

Recommend business process improvements, system design enhancements, changes, and new initiatives to maintain and improve system functionality and end-user effectiveness.

Assist with benefit plan administration and payroll administration as related to HRIS activities.

Support the integration of Lawson Health and Safety as well as Certification system for (Radiology and Pharmacy)

Enters all personnel actions and applicant data into Lawson. Reviews the file extracted from iCIMS to ensure the accuracy of the data and entries.

Corrects employee data in the HR information system using information received from reports, the Payroll department, and employee change requests

Gathers and summarizes data to prepare bi-weekly reports for internal HR use.

Receive and interpret report requests, ensure expectations of results and timelines, and develop and distribute requested reports. Assist with monthly workforce analysis business reports (headcount, overtime, turnover, benefit-cost, compliance reporting).

Provide ad-hoc reports as needed; develop standardized user reports in Lawson and other tools.

Assists with the administration, monitoring, and auditing of HR data in Lawson and ancillary tools such as performance appraisal, iCIMS, and other integration tools.

Assists with developing procedures and reporting for internal auditing and related documentation for compliance concerns.

Audit HR data regularly for accuracy

Special Skills

Preferred: Lawson and/or Kronos

Other

Required: Exceptionally detail oriented.

Highly analytical with the ability to analyze and interpret data.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management.

Advanced proficiency in Access.
