The Executive Assistant provides proactive administrative support to Firm partners, playing a key role in their success. This includes business development, client relationship management, and contact oversight. EAs help manage partners' administrative tasks to allow more focus on attorney-specific duties, including daily schedule and operations management. This role will be based in Washington, D.C., and will be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex calendars, client meetings, and events.
Keep partners informed of commitments, manage conflicts, and prepare for meetings/travel.
Screen calls, manage correspondence, and document handling with discretion.
Organize detailed travel plans and itineraries.
Address conflicting needs, manage deadlines, and complete deliverables.
Review bills for accuracy, assist with client billing, and monitor A/R and collections.
Support partner's business development efforts, manage contacts, and assist with pitches and presentations.
Solid understanding of the regulatory process related to obtaining or maintaining Regulatory Approval, including Post Regulatory Approval involving the rules and regulations created by federal and state agencies.
Onboard new clients, manage social media, and maintain client contact.
Support practice administration tasks, including report creation, project management, budgeting, and meeting preparation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years supporting law firm partners or C-level executives required, regulatory experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
Anticipatory and proactive problem-solving skills.

Strong accountability, adaptability, and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
