We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our technology company and provide comprehensive support to our global executive team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and global travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including executives, board members, clients, and partners.
Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively address them, demonstrating a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably supporting a C-level executive.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and business etiquette.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
