Primary point of contact for collaborate with external partners, customer, and Navy representatives
Work within Integrated Product Team (IPT) organization including system integrator, other trusted partners and the NAVY customer to support technology insertion process
Develop and maintain trusted working relationship with NAVY customer technical representatives and other associated agencies such as NUWC and NSWC participants
Lead HW design development and analysis of system requirements, validation, verification testing and production support
Organize and lead design reviews, and other technical meetings. Provide and/or present technical information as required
Ensure compatibility, interoperability, and integration of all functional and physical interfaces
Lead system architecture definition, development, and implementation to meet requirements for
HW, SW, facilities, people, and data
Work across a variety of functional groups including systems, electrical, mechanical, software engineering, material management and manufacturing
Determine problems, provide solutions that arise during development, upgrade, or maintenance of
systems, establish, and manage problem reporting system
Identify and manage technical risks
Manage development of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRLs) system engineering documentation
Implement and manage a technology refreshment program
Provide input into developing Engineering budgets and supporting proposals
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering degree from an accredited university or
equivalent related experience.
12+ years' experience in requirements development, validation, and verification testing
