The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the company. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups.
They will be responsible for assisting the existing in-house counsel with paperwork, research, and whatever else they may need help with.
Responsibilities
Review and draft routine legal documents
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Assist existing in-house counsel with paperwork
Conduct legal research
Schedule and confirm meetings
Create and maintain case files
Provide support around office as needed
Qualifications
Experience as a legal secretary/assistant, or as a paralegal
