The House Supervisor collaborates closely with the Emergency Department Director and the Director of Acute Care to ensure ongoing continuity of care in these departments in the absence of their direct supervisors. This role is crucial in maintaining cost-effective, high-quality care. The House Supervisor must develop and maintain processes that facilitate consistent workflow, utilizing industry standards and best practices. Requirements
BSN degree preferred or demonstrated progress toward obtaining the degree
Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient population served
Minimum of two (2) years of hospital acute care experience required; critical care experience preferred
Current RN license and registration in Washington State, current AHA BLS certification, and must obtain ACLS and PALS certification within three (3) months of hire
Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred; ability to work with a culturally diverse population
