Residential Site Lead Preferred Qualifications: • 7+ years of custom residential site leadership experience; both new construction and remodel • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications • Demonstrated history of leading teams in the field • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record • Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders
