Position: Bilingual Construction Industry Office Manager
Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay: $50,000-$75,000 annually (Depending on experience)
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in office management or a related field is required.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Construction Industry Office Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Handle various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, organizing meetings, and managing schedules for the construction team.
Maintain and organize construction documents, contracts, permits, and other essential paperwork.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure accurate record-keeping by working closely with the finance team.
Act as a liaison between the construction team, vendors, suppliers, and clients.
Assist project managers with coordination tasks such as arranging site visits, ordering materials, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites and in the office.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
Provide administrative support to the construction team as needed, including preparing reports, creating presentations, and assisting with project documentation.
Position Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
Familiarity with the golf course construction industry or a similar field is preferred.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
