Trifecta Services Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our growing team as a leader in the demolition and environmental space. Trifecta Services Company is one of the largest demolition companies in North America and we are looking to expand our operations in Texas.

As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all operational aspects of our branch, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, including project execution, resource management, and team coordination.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to maintain a culture of safety.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, project costs, and revenue to make informed decisions and optimize profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, project updates, and financial analyses to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize branch performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and conflict resolution.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the construction industry (asbestos and/or lead hazard abatement experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
