Due to a promotion, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is currently seeking a CoaterSuperintendent for our Coated Products Operations plant, located in Green Bay, WI.

The Coated Products Operations (CPO) consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The Coated Products facility in Green Bay has completed a major expansion and is a state-of-the-art facility. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil, and thermal offerings.
This key management position will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Training, and Coaching in a manufacturing environment. This facility has six coating and laminating lines.
The selected candidate should have:
A proven commitment to safety and best practice implementation
A collaborative management style, with the ability to work well with all levels in the organization
Outstanding Leadership Skills
Excellent communication and effective team building skills
Coating, slitting or web handling experience, a plus
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Strong computer skills
5+ years of Supervisory experience
Experience in a labor relation in a union environment, a plus
A four-year Bachelor's degree required; Technical or Engineering degree is preferred.
