Our client is an established and successful Private Equity firm, looking to hire a career-track Senior Associate to join their team, investing in the lower-middle market of the technology sector.
They invest capital from early-stage to late-stage buyouts and special situations and have a track record of building and exiting platforms to top private equity funds.
The ideal candidate will have extensive private equity deal execution experience in technology or adjacent sectors.

Required:
4+ years of finance-related transaction experience, with at least two recent years on the buy side.
Strong performance record and work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferably, prior experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity before an MBA.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
