My client is a top real estate investment firm that is in growth mode and seeking an FP&A Manager to join their growing team (role is open due to growth).
Compensation: up to $110k base + 15% bonus
Location: New York City
Responsibilities
Responsible for collaborating with business heads on all financial and operating reporting
Ensure the team is in line with corporate planning
Forecasting processes / models
Work on making analytics more efficient
Annual plan and budgeting / forecasting
Manipulate data to assist with budget, forecasting, quarter close
Work on changing current PowerBI calculations and models
Collaborate with various teams internally
Work on ad-hoc projects within finance group
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting
2 - 5 years of related finance / accounting / FP&A / data at a top tier institution
Must be coming from a real estate firm or real estate investment firm
