They need a strategic CFO with Private Equity experience to lead a professionalization of the centralized finance function including revamping the board pack, leading the integration of newly acquired businesses, and conducting an ERP implementation. Requirements:
Must have worked as a CFO for a Private Equity portfolio company.
Must have significant acquisition and integration experience.
Preferably have experience in the healthcare industry or multisite.
