Description:
Prepare and finalize Job Cost Journal Entries for all branches after thorough review.
Ensure proper setup of revenue recognition, change requests, and documentation for all jobs.
Monitor the Change Request process to track status changes accurately.
Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly job reporting.
Track billings and costs by job to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Review and track Cost in Excess and Billings in Excess entries performed by branches.
Maintain, update, and create all billing rates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support cash flow activities including deposits, credit card processing, and cash statements.
Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned to support financial operations.
