My client is a leading global investment banking firm dedicated to providing strategic financial advisory services to clients in the industrial sector. With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, they offer comprehensive solutions across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and financial restructuring. The team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our Industrials Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving deal execution, client relationship management, and business development activities within the industrials sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients in the industrial sector.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence to support transaction execution.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing complex M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
