The Royal Caribbean Group's Celebrity brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Consumer Insights Coordinator reporting to the Marketing team.

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

As a Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist in coordinating projects, organizing deadlines based on priorities, and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a strong passion for consumer insights within the travel and hospitality industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting various consumer insights projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery of insights.
  • Organize and prioritize project deadlines based on their strategic importance and business needs.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and taking notes when required.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and information flow within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Four-year degree or 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
