Role:
We are looking for a new team member with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Paid Media/Acquisition Marketing/Growth Marketing. This team member will be responsible for executing the customer acquisition strategies, as well as optimizations across paid social and paid search.
This candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Facebook Ads manager or running Google ads, optimizing toward a CPA or ROAS targets.
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in data-driven marketing, performance marketing
Understanding of basic performance marketing optimizations
Working knowledge of digital conversion rates and optimization methods such as A/B and multivariate testing
Experience leveraging Google Analytics or other platforms to analyze site analytics & user behavior
Comfortable with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formula Creation)
Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills
Client facing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop & update daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations for each client
Launch, manage & optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google & Bing (and more)
Launch A/B & multivariate tests across creatives, landing pages, audiences, optimization strategies, etc.
Partner with the Sr. team to own the end-to-end development of strategy & execution
Provide the Sr. team with your strategy & recommendations
