Job Description:

Reports to: Corporate Events Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of store grand openings, Soiree, and other company events that may arise as needed.
• Support Marketing team in the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives
• Record and distribute meeting notes and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.
• Support activities for community outreach programs and events as needed
• Other tasks as assigned

• Curiosity, fast-learner, and resourceful
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to travel for Store Grand Openings within the tri-state area
• Basic knowledge of industry trends
