WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Owner of the OEM brand narrative, ensuring a consistent brand strategy that delivers on brand promise and purpose.
Develop and execute brand strategy to elevate presence and increase sales. You will be the owner of the brand narrative and responsible for ensuring consistency across locations.
Identify brand needs and competitive actions to support marketing initiatives focused on increasing sales, service, profit, market share, and brand loyalty.
Oversee daily marketing performance and understand operational performance related to the brand and competitive initiatives.
Ensure cohesive communications between brand strategy and location level marketing.
Act as the first point of contact for the field in answering questions about marketing plans specific for each location.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
5+ years of overall marketing experience with a recent focus on strategy
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar focus
Automotive industry marketing experience is REQUIRED
Previous experience in developing and implementing brand strategies
Strong understanding of the Marketing 4 P's and how to implement this into a brand strategy nationally
Proven track record of budget allocation and management
