Seiden Law LLP, a fast-growing litigation boutique in Manhattan, is seeking an office manager to work with the marketing and operations team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who desire to be a part of the growth of a rapidly expanding litigation firm.
Duties include:
Perform data entry tasks (A/P)
Resolve basic IT issues such as with Microsoft 365
Schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Help receive incoming deliveries and mail
Take calls, messages, and route correspondence
Greet guests and offer refreshments
Help monitor office inventory and files
Make photocopies or scan documents
Assist in onboarding new hires
Help with expense reporting
Assist Chief Strategy Officer in coordinating new business functionality
Help with any other tasks from Monday to Friday
Requirements
Experience at law firm
Computer literacy
Skilled writer for a professional setting
Terrific communication skills, verbal and written
Received bachelor's degree
Prior work experience minimum of 2 years
Problem solver, able to think creatively and critically
Fast typer (at least 50-60 wpm)
Organized and efficient
Understands triage
Flexible multitasker
Dedicated, proactive, and motivated
Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
