Focus:
Strategize and implement training programs aligned with the company's strategic goals, enhancing workforce capabilities and organizational performance.
Design and execute innovative training solutions that improve leadership skills, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
Lead and facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops, leveraging both in-person and virtual platforms.
Oversee the development and management of talent development programs including leadership training, onboarding processes, and mentorship frameworks.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using robust assessment tools, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback.
Skill Set
10+ years in building, scaling, and leading learning & development teams within startup and corporate environments.
Strong foundation in education and/or instructional design and Proficiency in data analysis to inform training strategies and measure outcomes.
Expertise in utilizing learning management systems, e-learning tools, and other technologies for training delivery and tracking.
Ability to effectively manage direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across teams to identify gaps and drive the adoption of L&D programs
Capability to align learning and development initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring a team and influencing across all levels of an organization.
High degree of initiative and flexibility, well-suited to a dynamic and innovative company environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by the role.
