Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing business systems, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Serve as a primary liaison between the Applications team and business application users, effectively communicating requirements and collaborating on solution design.
Support global business process improvement initiatives by configuring, testing, and implementing enhancements to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, including Oracle's E-Business Suite, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, such as Salesforce.
Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions that align with business objectives, considering factors such as scalability, security, and usability.
Lead or participate in the implementation of new systems or system enhancements, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing infrastructure.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, user manuals, and training materials, to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
Provide training and support to end-users, acting as a subject matter expert and assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system analysis and design, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or significant experience in lieu of degree.
5-10+ years of concentration in a business systems analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP(Oracle E-Business Suite), WMS (Warehouse Management System), Salesforce CRM, and supporting applications.
Proficiency in system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
Initiative-driven with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
