JOB REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of hands-on experience in software development and engineering.
Must Haves:
.NET Core C# programming
Azure experience with an emphasis on serverless computing and functions
Microservices with RESTful APIs (event-driven, message-based)
Good Angular Experience (React a plus)
Experience in mentorship of engineers of varying seniority levels
CI/CD experience
SQL
2+ years of experience successfully leading software development teams and projects
Experience directly managing software developers or other technical professionals preferred
Broad understanding of software architecture principles, patterns, and design concepts
Broad experience working in Agile software development
High level of independence and autonomy required
Prior customer-facing and presentation experience a must.
Demonstrated expertise in best practices for software development, and the ability to evolve those practices according to technology and business trends.
Positive relationship builder, able to navigate through complex situations to ensure the most robust and pragmatic solution.
Strong analytical skills and the aptitude to quickly identify gaps and risks.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to engineering and business partners.
Comfortable presenting to large internal groups and leadership team members.
BA/BS preferred in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (applicable education and experience may be substituted).
