Our client is seeking an SAP Workforce Analyst to join their HR Services team and support their ongoing HR transformation program.
As an SAP Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Configuring, testing, and deploying Workforce software for various regions and business units
Supporting production issues and enhancements for Workforce software
Working on other SAP Workforce (and possibly SuccessFactors) modules
Collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and external consultants to deliver high-quality HCM solutions
Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP WorkForce software and SAP HR
To be successful in this role, you will need:
At least 1 years of experience with SAP Workforce software, preferably with a certification
At least 3 years of experience as an HRIS / HCM Analyst preferably with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR / HCM
Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations, especially in the areas of time and attendance, leave management, and employee scheduling
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines
Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set
