Job Description:

• Gather, process, and analyze extensive datasets from various sources.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Perform detailed statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Present insights and findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
• Help develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights.
• Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects as needed.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
• Needs to be willing to come onsite for executive meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a similar role, such as Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Skilled in data analysis tools and software like SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating data.
• Capable of managing tactical issues while maintaining a broad perspective.
• Excellent time management and priority-setting skills.
• Proficient in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
