Job Description:
Experience in Contact Centre Technologies specific to the Cisco UCCE 11.X/12.X product suite.
Ability to develop and modify IVR applications using CVP Call Studio v8.5/9.0 and VXML.
Knowledge of Cisco CVP Architecture - Call Server, Voice Gateways, and Voice Browser Solution Designing.
Should possess good knowledge in ICM Routing and Admin scripting.
Good knowledge in CISCO UCCE Dialer (Outbound) IVR application & Import rule configuration.
Proficiency in troubleshooting IVR application logs (Activity & Error).
Experience in integrating CVP application with Nuance speech server and grammar file creation.
Development of CVP Call Studio Java custom elements using the Cisco-provided CVP 9.0(1) java API.
CTI Integration and Custom Finesse Gadget Implementation.
Well-versed with the integration of CVP Call Studio applications to remotely hosted web services (SOAP & REST) IVR.
Should have good knowledge in building complex SQL queries - MS SQL Server & Informix database.
CVP Reporting: Development of reports using the CUIC reporting tool for both ICM DB and CVP-DB.
