Evolytics, an award-winning analytics company, was acquired by Concord in 2022. This Office Administrator position is for the Kansas City-based Concord location, which is the former headquarters for Evolytics and is now the Data & Analytics regional office for Concord.
About the role
The Office Coordinator/Office Administratorjuggles a myriad of administrative tasks to keep the Concord Kansas City office running efficiently. If you love keeping variety in your tasks; supporting others in their success; paying attention to the details; planning and executing fun events; and contributing to a positive company culture; this may be the job for you. This role requires the candidate to be in the office in Parkville, MO.
Welcoming employees and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or forwarding inquiries.
Opens/closes the office, maintains building security by following procedures.
Manages office supply inventory and ordering, keeping a fully stocked pantry and beverage fridge which will involve placing online orders and making trips to various stores.
Maintains safe and clean reception area, break rooms, kitchen and conference rooms by complying with procedures and regulations.
Coordinates food ordering, meeting and event planning, and vendor deliveries; preps and cleans up office areas for bi-monthly team lunches and meetings.
Leads the Kansas City office Fun Committee, which includes team-wide event planning and team-building activities.
Serves as primary point of contact for third-party maintenance vendors. Schedules and oversees building maintenance (manages bid process to project completion) and annual office inspections; coordinates communications between in-office team on maintenance projects.
Responsible for receiving/sorting US Mail and deliveries, post office mail drop off and coordination when needed.
Manages Kansas City office calendar (ex. conference rooms, daily use desks, etc.) and budgets to support facility operations and team events.
Assists with data entry tasks within various systems, as needed.
Supports management for ad hoc projects.
Supports Concord Operations as needed.
What we are looking for
Prior experience as an Office Administrator or in similar roles.
